Once a shopper connects their selected social media account to receive a discount, they are added to the managed influencers list. This means that they are continuously encouraged to buy and post according to guidelines about the brand. Once they post a video tagging your brand and sharing a coupon code in the description it is counted a single video post. 

When an influencer posts a video on their social media using Shopstar, it will appear in your Shopstar dashboard along with a download button. Each time you click on the download button to save a video, it counts as a “video download”. You are allotted a certain number of video downloads per month based on your subscription plan. Once you reach your monthly limit, you will not be able to download additional videos until the start of the next billing cycle.

Absolutely, shopstar does not need to be linked to your store’s own TikTok or Instagram account. However, each creator is prompted to tag and engage with the brand so it might be a good time to start your own account and join the conversation.
